Clearview Holds Open House for New DBT Day Treatment Program

Clearview Treatment Programs is holding an open house for its new intensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) day treatment program for Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). The open house will be held on Friday, August 26, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Clearview Center in Venice Beach, Calif.

The DBT day treatment program is one of many levels of care offered by Clearview Women’s Center for Borderline Personality and Emotional Disorders, a division of Clearview Treatment Programs. The DBT therapy program is designed to treat women who struggle with emotional dysregulation, relational conflicts, impulse control, or self-harmful behaviors.

“I’m very excited to offer a full continuum of DBT programs to women suffering from BPD,” said Michael Roy, MSW, founder and executive director of Clearview Treatment Programs and Clearview Women’s Center. “Our new DBT day treatment program allows women to benefit from an extremely high level of care in a non-residential setting.”

DBT Day Treatment Program

Clearview’s DBT day treatment program is ideal for women who are transitioning from residential treatment or who need more structure than an outpatient program or private DBT therapy can provide. It is also an effective alternative to residential or inpatient DBT treatment.

In addition to BPD, Clearview’s DBT treatment program, staffed by trained DBT therapists, offers a variety of therapies and services to treat the following disorders:

    Depression
    Bipolar Disorder
    Anxiety disorders
    Trauma
    Other personality disorders

Substance abuse and eating disorders are also treated as secondary issues.
